You give us this information when you message us on WhatsApp, call, email, or fill in a form on this site. The enquiry forms on our pages open WhatsApp with your details pre-filled; they are sent to us only when you press send in WhatsApp.
Your details are seen by our operations team and the driver assigned to your trip. We share them with others only where the law requires it, or where a permit or booking you asked for needs it. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
We keep booking details for as long as we need them for service, support and complaints, and for as long as tax and accounting rules require us to keep financial records. After that, we delete or anonymise them.
We restrict access to booking details to the people who need them to run your trip, and this site is served over HTTPS. No online system is perfectly secure, so please do not send card numbers or passwords over WhatsApp or email.
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to kashmircarbooking0@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp. We may need to keep certain records, such as invoices, where the law requires.
Bookings are made by adults. If children travel with you, we use only the details needed to run the trip, such as the number of travellers and any child-seat request.
Our pages may link to other sites, for example the Gulmarg gondola booking site. Their privacy practices are their own.
We may update this policy and will change the date at the top of the page when we do.
